A boozy-and-bubbly cocktail that’s SURE TO LEVEL UP YOUR BRUNCH GAME.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Mythology botanical gin

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 3 oz Aval dry cider

  • lemon for garnish

How-To:

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker

  2. Shake vigorously with ice for ten to twenty seconds.

  3. Pour mixture into a champagne flute.

  4. Top with the cider and garnish with lemon!
