upgrade your classic whiskey sour with a red wine float!
Ingredients:
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
3⁄4 oz simple syrup
1⁄2 oz red wine
How-To:
Add the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice.
Shake hard until well-chilled.
Strain mixture into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a spoon so that the wine is separated at the top of the glass.
