BLOODY FAIRY

AN ABSINTHE-RINSED TAKE ON THE BRUNCH CLASSIC WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz vodka


  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1/4 oz absinthe


  • 3 oz bloody mary mix

  • salt and pepper

  • Tajín Clásico


  • hot sauce

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • green olives for garnish

How-To:

  1. Line the rim of a Highball glass with Tajín.

  2. Add dashes of hot sauce, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire to glass.


  3. Add vodka, lemon juice, absinthe, and bloody mary mix to the glass.

  4. Top with ice and stir gently.


  5. Garnish with green olives.
